More Baking!

Today Emma and mommy made cookies for Santa! Emma was so excited that she carried around the cookie mix all morning. She was such a big helper. She helped roll out the dough, then ate some. Then she pressed out the cookies and ate some more dough. Then mommy frosted and Emma sprinkled. One entire compartment of sprinkels ended up on one cookie. But hey...what do you expect from a one year old! Then Emma finally ate her masterpiece and boy was she a MESS! Oh well, next it was bath time!

The Girls are so cute Together!!

So I was getting really tired of giving the girls individual baths. It was taking too much time. So Brian and I decided to try and give them one together since Alivia is sitting up so well all by herself. They had a blast. They played together. Alivia splashed like crazy and got all of us wet!

Mommy and Emma make a Gingerbread House!

Today I decided to make a gingerbread house with Emma since it is snowy and cold outside. Well making a gingerbread house with a one year old was MESSY! She wanted to do everything herself. She was more interested in eating the candy than putting it on the house. We had fun though and I can't wait until they are both big enough to do it together. All in all it didn't turn out too bad!

First Snow of the Year

Today is the first snow fall of the year. Emma was so excited, she continues to run to the back door and see the snow. So when the snow stopped for a very short period of time I thought it would be fun to take her out to see it. This is the first time she has ever been able to touch it. She was so excited and she asked if sissy could come too. So I decided to get Alivia all dressed up too. Both of the girls were very unsure of it. Alivia cried for a few seconds and Emma kept saying, "wet". So it was a short lived trip outside. But it was Alivia's very first snow fall ever and Emma's first that she can remember.

Alivia's Baptism

Alivia Paige Carter was baptised on November 15, 2008 at St. Luke's Chapel by Dennis Swanson. Her godparents are Kyle and Madison Wells.

Big Girl Bath!

Since Alivia has been able to sit for some time now. We have decided that it was time for the big girl bath. Big sister Emma used to have this duck bath when she was a baby and now Alivia is enjoying it just as much as Emma did.
